• Sessions are added throughout the year and are subject to change and availability, including a potential change in venues and frequency of sessions.

• Edge of Sacred reserves the right to make changes to any event. Attendees booked on to the event will be notified as soon as possible.

Payment Terms

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your ticket.

• All payments are made online via the website.

Cancellation Policy

• No refund or ticket transfer available once booked under any circumstances unless otherwise stated due to the limited spaces available and associated costs of running these sessions.

• You are welcome to sell or pass on your ticket to someone else (inform me if you do) and I will help to advertise your space if the event is full and given 48 notices to advertise.

• If an event is cancelled you will be offered a refund or ticket transfer.

• Exceptions will not be made and attendees are restfully asked not to request this as this is not fair to others and there are associated costs and income to cover.

• Payments are managed by Stripe. Refunds can take 5-10 days to be processed by Stripe.

• Cancellation policy applies to gift voucher holders as well.

  Late Arrivals & Admission

  • Doors open 10-15 minutes before the start time, depending on the event, and attendees are responsible for checking this time on the event description.

  • Doors are locked at the start time of the session and late comers cannot be accommodated.

  • No refund or ticket transfer is available for late comers.

PRIVATE SANCTUARY SESSIONS

• Adult only events.

• Sessions are added throughout the year and are subject to change and availability, including a potential change in venues and frequency of sessions.

• Sessions are generally added a few months at a time and attendees can be kept in the loop by joining the email newsletter.

• Edge of Sacred reserves the right to make changes to any event. Attendees booked on to the event will be notified as soon as possible.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund minus any booking fee's from the Acuity and Stripe booking system I use.

• You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled session will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

• No shows without notice will not receive a refund or option to reschedule.

• For groups, if a member of your party is no longer able to come, you may bring someone else. No partial refunds are available if a member is unable to make the session.

• Cancellation policy applies to gift voucher holders as well.

• If a session needs to be cancelled by Edge of Sacred, you will be offered a refund or ticket transfer.

Accessibility

• This is my home space and access may be through my home or a side entrance depending on availability.

• My home and garden studio is not suitable for wheelchairs. There is a step up into the studio and you will be walking across bark in the garden.

• Please enquire before booking if you have accessibility requirements or need a chair for the session.

• There is on street parking available nearby within a 1 minute walk from the property.

• Restroom facilities are located in my home.

Other Considerations

• My partner and cat Hugo may be present to say hello too.

• While this is a quiet area surrounded by nature, you may hear the occasional dog barking at the wind, the local farmer or general sound of life nearby.

GIFT VOUCHERS

• Gift vouchers are purchased via the website and provided digitally by email which can be forwarded or printed off.

• No refunds given once purchased. Vouchers have expiry dates so the recipient must use this before the expiry date.

• Cancellation policies apply to gift vouchers.

PRIVATE HIRE

• It is the responsibility of the host / event organiser to share and inform all attendees the information provided to them by Edge of Sacred .This includes and is not limited to information on health considerations / contraindications, informed consent to touch and what to wear / bring, what to expect and start / finish times.

• Edge of Sacred is not responsible for advertising events and retreats and this includes social media.

• Edge of Sacred reserves the right to cancel at any time if the location is deemed unsafe or deemed too difficult to unload and set up for.

• It is the hosts responsibility to ensure that there is amply parking and unloading space close to the venue.

• It is not the responsibility of Edge of Sacred to ensure that the space is suitable for sound baths and other modalities. This includes the acoustics of the room and ensuring there is enough space for attendees.

• It is the responsibility of the host to ensure that the venue is safe, warm and appropriate for the event.

• It is expected that all attendees behave in a respectful and considerate manner during the event or session.

• Edge of Sacred reserves the right not to work with individuals who are intoxicated or under the influence of drugs.

• Mobile phones and smart watches will need to be put on silent or turned off for the sessions.

CONTRAINDICATIONS

Adult only event. I do not work with women in their first trimester or people living with sound induced epilepsy. May not be suitable for people with pace makers, implants or sound sensitivities i.e. tinnitus. Attendees are responsible for seeking advice and making me aware of any health considerations. Some venues have stairs and steps so please enquire if you have an accessibility requirement.

CONSENT FOR TOUCH

It is quite natural to fall asleep at times during a session. If you come as a group and you snore in the session, I may need to gently wake you up with a touch on the arm or ankle and ask you to lay on one side or sit up. You will be asked to confirm consent on booking and is a requirement of group sessions. If you have any worries around this, please reach out to me prior to the session to discuss how to manage this. If you are booking on behalf of someone else, they must be made aware prior to booking.

CODE OF CONDUCT

• It is expected that all attendees behave in a respectful and considerate manner during the event or session.

• Edge of Sacred reserves the right to refuse entry to individuals who are intoxicated or under the influence of drugs.

• Any disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the event without a refund.

• Mobile phones and smart watches will need to be put on silent or turned off for the sessions.

LIABILITY

• Edge of Sacred is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to property during an event or session.

• Edge of Sacred is not responsible for travel or associated costs incurred if the event is cancelled, rescheduled, or you are unable to attend.
