    Support your group’s wellbeing with a gentle and grounding sound bath / sound meditation - a calming, restorative experience designed to bring stillness, emotional ease, and connection to those who need it most.

    Perfect for community and charity groups supporting mental health, carers, or vulnerable individuals, these sessions offer a space to pause, rest, and simply be. Sessions include guided relaxation, the soothing tones of singing bowls, chimes, and spacious silence.

    Delivered onsite at your workplace or off-site for away days and wellbeing events, these sessions are designed to support those navigating stress, overwhelm, or simply in need of gentle reconnection.

  • What’s included:

    • Previous clients have chosen from full hour sound baths to split sessions involving 2x 30/45 minute crystal bowl sound relaxation sessions.

    • Mats, blankets, faux fur rugs and eye pillows for up to 20 people

    • All instruments and setup taken care of

    • Typically 1–1.5 hours setup time required before the session begins

    Optional add-on:

    30-minute grounding yin yoga session to begin your gathering. A gentle, floor-based practice to prepare the body and mind for deep rest.

    Pricing:

    Quote on Request (travel/mileage fees may apply depending on location). Local venue hire in Ipswich and Framlingham may be available on request.

  • Please note:

    Sound journeys are generally safe and gentle, but are not suitable for:

    • Women in their first trimester of pregnancy

    • Individuals with sound-induced epilepsy

    • Those with severe mental health conditions

    Caution is advised for individuals with:

    Pacemakers or heart conditions

    Metal implants

    Tinnitus or sound sensitivity
