From corporate retreats to office sound baths, my sessions offer a deeply relaxing and transformative experience to support mental clarity and overall wellbeing, from improved mood to feelings of calm and increased emotional resilience. With the option to combine a session with yin yoga, all sessions include guided meditation, breath work and relaxation techniques that staff can add to their mental health tool kit.

Previous clients have chosen from full hour sound baths to split sessions involving 2x 30 minute sound relaxation sessions as part of staff wellbeing days. Full provision of mats, faux fur rugs, blankets and eye pillows are available for up to 20 attendees.

• 1 Hour Full Sound Journey Experience the full spectrum of sound with this signature journey into deep rest and connection. Includes gong, drum, Crystal & Himalayan singing bowls, percussion and live ethereal voice for a deepened spiritual experience (optional*).

• 1 Hour Guided Meditation + Crystal Singing Bowl & Himalayan Bowl Sound Bath Drift into serene peace with this gentle and deeply relaxing experience focusing on singing bowls and guided relaxation. Ethereal vocals can be included for a deepened spiritual experience.*

• 30 Minute Sacred Body Unwind (Yin Yoga & Meditation Fusion). Available as an add on to any sound experience A great way to unwind and prepare for a sound bath by gently releasing physical and mental tension in passive, meditative asanas done in a seated or laying position and held for 2-5 minutes. No experience or props needed.

• Local Studio Hire Available in Ipswich, Framlingham and Kersey Mill. Fridays and weekends only. Some studios are only available on specific days. Includes time for a hot drink & chocolate at the end if desired. Capacity: 10 attendees

• Daytime & Evening Availability.

• Sessions can be tailored according to preference for instruments. Love the drum? Dislike gongs? Let me know.

• Mats, faux fur rugs, blankets and eye pillows provided for up to 20 attendees.

• Travel included within a 40 mile radius of Chelmondiston, Suffolk. A mileage fee may be applied for longer distances.

• Includes set up / set down time (1-1.5 hour minimum required to unload & set up depending on group size).

• Ethereal vocals are amplified and come with battery powered equipment (no power source required). May not be suitable for home settings.

• Gongs: I have a gentle, meditative playing style

• Local venue booking can be arranged on your behalf.

• Full payment required within 2 weeks of the event date. You will be invoiced to make payment by bank transfer.

• Not suitable for women in their first trimester, sound induced epilepsy or severe mental health conditions. May not be suitable for people with metal implants, pace makers, heart conditions and sound sensitivities.

• Discounts are not available for small groups. For 1-3 attendees please see my home studio services (coming soon!).
