Including one of my sound journey’s in your retreat or workshop offers a powerful and supportive space for participants to drop beneath the surface of everyday awareness and connect with themselves in a deeper, more meaningful way. Through the intentional use of voice, crystal singing bowls and other other instruments, I guide people into states of deep rest, reflection and inner connection - allowing them to access layers of insight, release and restoration that naturally compliments retreat offerings.

I can provide mats, faux fur rugs, blankets and eye pillows for up to 20 people.

• 1 Hour Sound Journey Experience the full spectrum of sound with this signature journey into deep rest and connection. Includes a short guided meditation, voice, Crystal & Himalayan singing bowls, grounding instruments

• 30 Minute Sacred Body Unwind (Yin Yoga & Meditation Fusion). Available as an add on only to any sound experience A great way to unwind and prepare for a sound bath by gently releasing physical and mental tension in passive, meditative asanas done in a seated or laying position and held for 2-5 minutes. No experience or props needed.

• Daytime & Evening Availability.

• Sessions can be tailored according to preference for instruments. Love the drum? Dislike gongs? Let me know.

• Mats, faux fur rugs, blankets and eye pillows provided for up to 20 attendees.

• Travel included within a 40 mile radius of Chelmondiston, Suffolk. A mileage fee may be applied for longer distances.

• Includes set up / set down time (1.5 hour minimum required to unload & set up. A simpler set up can be provided if less time is available).

• Ethereal vocals are amplified and come with battery powered equipment (no power source required). May not be suitable for home settings.

• Gongs: I have a gentle, meditative playing style

• Local venue booking can be arranged on your behalf.

• No deposit required. You will be invoiced to make payment by bank transfer after the session.

• Not suitable for women in their first trimester, sound induced epilepsy or severe mental health conditions. May not be suitable for people with metal implants, pace makers, heart conditions and sound sensitivities.

• Discounts are not available for small groups. For 1-3 attendees please see my home studio services (coming soon!).

• Please be aware that very large halls / rooms can impact on the quality of the experience i.e sound quiet
